With the approval of the Albany Westover Commercial Improvement District (AWCID), local business and property owners have moved from planning to action, creating a dedicated funding stream to accelerate improvements along the Westover Boulevard and Dawson Road corridors.
That investment is already taking shape. Project are being identified and plans are underway to improve mobility, accessibility, beautification and safety — setting the tone for visible, meaningful progress.
